We empower underrepresented creators and entrepreneurs by providing the resources, support, and opportunities needed to thrive.

By fostering a vibrant ecosystem that integrates business and culture, we will cultivate a more inclusive and sustainable creator economy.

Central to this mission are our regional hubs, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and tailored support for creator startups and impact entrepreneurs. By uniting business and culture, our strategy envisions an economy where our national network of underinvested creators thrive, driving a dynamic and inclusive economic landscape.

Jaylen Brown, a three-time NBA All-Star, signed the largest contract in NBA history in 2023.

Jaylen’s commitment to service and community shines throughout his career. As an NBA All-Star, he uses his platform to advocate for social justice and empowerment.

His philanthropic efforts include the Bridge Program with MIT Media Lab to cultivate leaders in science and technology from underrepresented communities, and the 7uice Foundation, supporting educational and economic opportunities for marginalized youth.

Building on his work in Boston, Boston XChange will address the racial wealth gap through economic empowerment, innovation, and cultural diversity. His leadership, including as Vice President of the National Basketball Players Association, showcases his dedication to fostering a more inclusive and equitable society.

I want to launch a project to bring Black Wall Street here to Boston. I want to attack the wealth disparity here. I think there’s analytics that support stimulating the wealth gap could actually be something that could be betterment for the entire economy.
